　　故事讲述一名带着铁锤上门的青年马提夫闯入岳父家中、试图杀死岳父替女友复仇，却发现一连串隐藏在这个平凡家庭底下的黑暗戏谑真相。

一个害羞的大学生和他鲁莽的室友开始了一个简单的任务去拿披萨，但在服用了一剂奇怪的令人心智的实验药物后，他们陷入了一个混乱的夜晚，荒谬的遭遇、疯狂的幻觉和意外的启示，这些启示可能会永远改变他们的生活。

　　阿广和阿明在中国一农村长大，两人非常友好，更一起逃到香港，希望寻找金钱梦。然而到香港之后，他俩才发觉困难重重，又尝尽了人情冷暖，闹出不少笑话。此时，香港有位超级巨星，长相和阿广一模一样，在影片拍摄中途，因为做了一个危险动作而身亡，电影公司便找阿广作巨星的替身，他们因而转运。在阿广代替巨星时，他开始明白财富并不等于快乐，而且财富令他非常空虚。不过，阿明却用尽他的新身份和金钱去享受和花天酒地，于是两位好友产生了很多矛盾。最后，阿明知道阿广要重覆巨星身亡时所拍摄的镜头，阿明立即赶去告知阿广，但已经太迟。幸好阿广大难不死，最后两位好友重拾友谊，而且更知道香港不是久留之地。
